Newbold & Central Doll House

WOW ! ! ! This project has been far too long in the making ! !

I truly expected to add this fantastic plan to my page more than a year ago.
After too many delays, the first version is ready for sale in my Detailed Plans Area.

The completed house measures 45 inches wide by 28 inches deep and 34 inches tall. It is in 1" scale (1" = 1' ) aka 1/12th scale.

You will have to remove most doors for interior rooms to move this dollhouse in or out but it fits fine through standard exterior doors.

I designed and actually built the 1/12th scale house in order to take pictures of how to perform many tasks
required to build these houses for use in this, and future, plans.
They will all include the best detail possible.

I will also offer a simplified plan for anyone who considers themself an expert needing only the basic plans.
This is an extremely long process but it will facilitate my ability to add many more much more quickly going forward.

Presently, the only version available is the BASIC plan - for expert builders only.
If you do NOT have serious building skills and great vision and reasoning then this plan is NOT for you.
I will be adding the fully detailed plan shortly now so keep checking back if you need
plans with maximum detail including lots of instructive pictures.

The house WILL be placed on sale once it is completed and details will appear here.
In the meantime, I am showing pictures of the actual house - still in work - but very close to being completed.
